LEDUC, AB – June 2, 2021 – PBG BioPharma Inc., a life science company committed to becoming a world leader in the development and manufacturing of evidence-based biopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and medicinal cannabis products using its proprietary GenBioChem® Triple Fingerprinting Technology platform, has donated nearly 1 million bottles of hand sanitizers to Canadians country-wide.
Albertans and Ontarians are among those hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic, with cases steadily creeping upwards since the onset of the virus and reaching some of the highest numbers per capita across all the provinces. Many outreach programs in the country found themselves in desperate need of supplies for their communities. PBG’s hand sanitizer donations went towards supplying these critical outreach centres, including seniors care associations, government organizations, churches, youth organizations, the Edmonton Food Bank, and homeless shelters.
