The use of cannabis-based medicines in the elderly are generally safe and acceptable

One recent study conducted a systematic review of safety and tolerability of cannabis-based medicines in 6,216 adults of age ≥50 years. The study concluded that cannabinoid-based medicines in general are safe and acceptable in older adults.
